They chose the VPBX solution after reviewing many systems. They chose VPBX based on a good balance of price, quality, and full Disaster Recovery solution for their communications. The VPBX phone system solution gave them redundancy in the event that their 4 T-1's would fail. Fail they did when during construction, a back hoe severed all of their lines. In addition to the severed lines it was raining and their voice service would have been down hard for 3 days without the VPBX solution in place. WTI forwarded all of their phone calls to the VPBX solution and all of their faxes to an email address that was still working due to the wireless internet solution.
